Your child won’t just learn that MLK had a dream. They’ll explore what made the work unfinished. They’ll learn the good, and the uncomfortably bad, about Earth Day. They’ll start learning about the world around them, through timely holidays, in a way that is age-appropriate, jump starts critical thinking, and builds literacy and reading stamina.
Each unit, designed for elementary aged students, is about 40 pages long and includes:
- 5 carefully scaffolded lessons (30 min each)
- Activity pack with coloring sheets, puzzles, and vocabulary cards
- Quiz to reinforce learning
- Discussion questions that welcome hard conversations
- Writing assignment that values questions over “right answers”
