The Starting Points unit study is meant to offer a sample of each of the full unit studies offered here at Pallas Learning Center. It follows our standard format:
- Students are provided with a set of readings (filled with citations to facilitate further independent study)
- To assist with comprehension of readings and to help expand vocabulary, a glossary is provided
- A quiz is included to help reinforce the material presented in the readings
- Lastly, discussion topics are presented to help students refine their thinking and practice communicating what they’ve learned.
